Ya Gotta Start Somewhere

How does one go about kick starting an old neglected blog? Here goes...

My Greenhouse 2011

The old blog Crazy Here and Now represented parts of my life that have since fell apart. A 20 year marriage, a home I put my heart and soul in, the changes that happened in my family nucleus with the loss of my dad and the sugar coating I put on it all to make it better than it really was. Towards the end of the last posts over there, things were messy and I couldn't even write about it. I did import the old stuff over here so I wouldn't lose it but it's all in archive mode on side bar. After 14 months the dust has settled enough for it to be archived in my daily life as well. Life is for the living and I survived. I've missed blogging but believe me, I've spared you a big dark shadow.

So, now you know and here I am... bigger, better and stronger than ever!

A Big Welcome back - how great to see you in cyberspace again. I'm sorry for all that has not been good in the last little while - I'm sure it has left some bruises, but they will heal, and with every loss comes opportunity. I've been down that track too, so have an idea of what it might have been like. Now is now, and the future lies ahead - so go for it. Kind regards.

I had a 27 yr marriage that fell apart. I thought I would probably not find another man who would love me. The door opened one day and there he was and I've been a happy woman living a happy life. So, I can understand

Glad you are back amongst the stitchers! We have a big year ahead of us.

Welcome back dearie! :)
soo glad you came back to us all, having done the 20year marriage kablooie thing I get where your head is at and if you ever NEED to talk just let me know!
life is good? yes?
it gets better it's been almost 3 years for me now and I can feel myself coming back. funny how you loose yourself in everyone elses day-to-day, when things aren't going well and how hard it is to climb out of that place. looks like we got another survivor! welcome;)

I admire your attitude - putting it behind you and moving on. Good for you for not dwelling on the negative. I look forward to getting to know you through the TAST challenge. Better Living Through Stitching! :-)

Hello Jane,

Merry Christmas Jane, I wish you a Very Happy and Healthy New Year.

Here I am on Christmas Morning with a wee bit of quiet time before I start the busy and I was browsing some "Older" blogs I had not visited in awhile and there you were back again. How very wonderful. Sorry to hear about your lost marriage, but you know somethings happen for the best. Happy to see you again. I look forward to seeing some of your stitching again. Miss Ya. Hugs Judy
